Actiontec T3200M Review and Problems

I recently received a new T3200M modem made by actiontec for my TDS DSL internet service . It was pitched to me that the new modem would have better speeds and have better wifi range supporting b/g/n/ac wireless and also support Bonded service .
the tech came to install the modem and it was fast and easy to setup , at first my download speeds were a little better but my upload seemed to stay about the same , about an hour after the tech leaves my internet cuts out and i get a red internet light on the modem , no big deal just reset the modem and good to go right ? well about every hour after that i had the same problem , internet would cut out and red light on the modem , at the time i did notice some problems viewing webpages and my games seems to be kinda laggy so i ran some speed tests and the download seemed to be fine , this continued for a couple days before we had our tech come back out on a friday and replace the modem with a brand new T3200M again , he also went through our house wiring to make sure everything was fine , while my tech was here to do the install he mentioned that he was installing bonded service just down the road from me and that i should call to get it setup so i could make use of the new faster service .  the new modem worked fine for about 30min after the tech left and the problems start all over again . being that he came on friday i could not have him come back out till monday so i was stuck with the problems all weekend so i did as much reading and trouble shooting as i could myself , i tried changing many settings in the modem ''disabled ipv6 , diagnostics , ect '' nothing seemed to help , as my speed tests looked normal i was very confused where the lag was coming from , i had a new computer sitting there ready to be put together so i built it with fresh everything hoping maybe it was just my computer that was the problem , the new computer still had the same problems hard wired and on wifi , at this point i was thinking maybe the problem was widespread and not just me . i called tech support to get monday setup for the service tech to come back out to try and fix the problem , while talking to them i asked about the bonded service and they told me it was not available ''odd because my service tech was saying he was installing the bonded at a house down the road from mine that is slightly farther out of town '' so monday comes around and the tech comes out and starts by just rewiring my house with all new phone and cat5 cable to my modem , we check it after the wiring is done and still same problems , so he goes down to the hub downtown and switches my port and checks everything down there , he comes back and still same problems but he brought a older T2200 modem with him , we hook it up and the first test is much much better upload speeds . problem solved ! so my overall review is that the T3200M modem just does not work properly with standard service , also i was told the wifi range and service was better with the T3200M and that also turned out to be wrong , the T2200 had much better range with my devices .

pictures of the tests were test that finished , many tests with the T3200M would fail on upload . clearly the best test with the T3200M was much worse than the first test run with the T2200
