Resonant Frequency of your Vehicle
To
test resonant frequency you need a 10'' subwoofer in a 1.0 cubic foot
sealed box , place the box in the center of your ride or as close to
center as possible with the cone faced toward the back of your ride, test tones /sweeps , amp , and a termlab/spl lab
/RTA . play sweeps at around 3/4 volume , find ur peak and double check
by using single tones , make sure to keep the volume the same at all
tones . this will give you the resonant frequency of your cabin , this is
why the same system would sound totally different in a different ride.also
if you have a big box you may want it in your car while testing because
that can change things , also if you can remove your subs and cover the
sub holes in your box with a sheet of wood as they can also throw off the final result .

Can a Capacitor Help in your audio System ?
Can a Capacitor Help in your audio System ? Yes it Can help BUT you need to have the supply first . the main part of your electrical is the alternator everything comes from that . your batteries hold that power , your alt will keep you at higher voltage than ur batteries will . here is Test results from a Test taken on the AD1 Amp dyno by the man that Designed the amp dyno. In the tests a standard 1 farad cap. and Carbon 100farad capacitor were used . A Capacitor is a great addition to a Stout Electrical system and is not a Band-Aid for a Weak Electrical system . Capacitors can also discharge faster than any battery in production .
